1. Submit original note or invoice.
All spare parts after invoicing will be guaranteed for a maximum of 90 calendar days ONLY AGAINST MANUFACTURING EFFECTS.
3. It is necessary to keep the box or packaging of the part to be claimed, since if necessary, a photo of it will be requested in order to obtain the supplier's part number.
4. Each part is unique in its warranty and return process and is subject to ONE CLAIM.
5. WARRANTIES OR EVOLUTIONS IN ELECTRICAL PARTS ARE LIMITED, THEY WILL BE GRANTED ONLY FOR MANUFACTURING DEFECTS IN PARTS CHECKED AT THE COUNTER, ONCE INSTALLED THEY LOSE WARRANTY:
A) Electronic cards.
B) Electronic NC controls.
C) Electronic actuators.
D) Trinary sensors or switches.
E) Special parts upon request.
F) Valves.
G) Motor evaporators.
H) Motorcycle radiators.
I) Relays.
J) Power tools.
K) Motor reducers.
L) Coils.
M) Fuses.
N) Miscellaneous.
UAC SPARE PARTS
They have a limited warranty, that is, the part is checked before being delivered to the customer. Once installed, it loses its warranty.
EVAPORATORS
Evaporators with internal leaks or explosion due to excess pressure (max. 90 pounds (psi) test) will not be warranted.
COMPRESSORS
1. It is subject to completion of a digital installation form by the customer. The information must be sent to technical support for technical diagnosis.
2. The decision to approve or deny a warranty is based on the opinion of our trained technician, based on the manufacturer's requirements.
3. NO WARRANTIES ARE ACCEPTED on compressors without the purchase or demonstration of the complete kit replacement (filter, expansion valve and condenser) and cleaning process indicated by the manufacturer.
4. Contaminated compressors that have been cleaned with solvents (gasoline, thinner, carbucleaner or acetone, among others) HAVE NO WARRANTY. (The only cleaning product authorized for the NC system is flush (1024346 or homologous).
5. Tied compressors (bypassed or overheated) with contamination or lack of oil due to broken clutch, burnout and/or bearing seizure are not warranted.
RETURN
REFRIAUTO will only accept returns of merchandise with a maximum date of 30 calendar days from the date of invoice, if this period of time is not met, REFRIAUTO will accept the return ONLY FOR 50% OF THE VALUE OF THE PRODUCT, without exception. Note: Only for merchandise without being installed, undamaged and in its original packaging and labeled (factory and Refriauto).
Any cash back will only be applicable ON THE SAME DAY of purchase.
All cash returns will incur a 20% inventory, billing and administration charge.
The return of your purchase MUST BE TO THE SAME BRANCH at which you purchased the merchandise. MERCHANDISE SENT COLLECT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT EXCEPTION (WILL NOT BE RECEIVED).
All returns will be previously reviewed and approved by REFRIAUTO personnel.
Refriauto reserves the right to modify specifications or improve its products, without incurring the obligation to make the modifications on items previously marketed.
Refriauto is expressly exempt from any liability when the use and/or operation of the product occurs in conditions and/or applications not recommended or different from those for which it was specifically designed.
